Year 5 TRANSITION to Year 6

It is not long before the Summer Holidays begin and you will be getting ready to start your journey as a Year 6. I have attached some transition documents below for you to work on. 

There are some different versions of same kind of activity so choose which will be most appropriate for yourself.
