Nursery Admissions 

We offer up to 30 hours of free childcare for eligible families of three and four year old children.

Thursby Primary School is a community primary school and therefore, the local authority nursery admissions policy provides the criteria by which applications for oversubscribed classes will be prioritised.

Free entitlement will be offered between the hours of 8.50am to 11.50am and 12.20pm to 3.20pm, term time only, Monday to Friday.

Between 11.50am and 12.20pm (lunch-time) we offer wraparound care at £2.25 per session. Families may either provide a packed lunch for their child or purchase a Dolce school meal for £2.24.

We are currently accepting nursery applications for the 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 academic years.
