Our school library is a vibrant, welcoming space at the heart of our Reading for Pleasure culture. Every class has a weekly timetabled library visit and children are also free to use the library at other times throughout the week. Pupils can choose two books to take home: one fiction and one non-fiction, or a poetry book or graphic novel if they prefer.

We work closely with the Schools Library Service, who visit each term to refresh and replenish our non-fiction stock. This ensures children always have access to up-to-date, high-quality books that match their interests and support their learning.

Our library is designed to help children browse, discover new authors and develop the lifelong habits of confident, enthusiastic readers.
