Eligibility
All parents (Nursery to Year 6) in receipt of the following must complete the forms available from the school office if you get 1 of the following:
- Income Support
- income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
- income-related Employment and Support Allowance
- support under part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
- the guaranteed element of State Pension Credit
- Child Tax Credit (provided they’re not also entitled to Working Tax Credit and have an annual gross income of no more than £16,190)
- Working Tax Credit run-on, which is paid for 4 weeks after they stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit
- Universal Credit

Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) Supporting Disadvantaged has been utilised in devising our Pupil Premium Strategy. Our Headteacher and Designated PP Lead, Mrs WIlliams has worked alongside Tom Martel from Shotton Hall Research School under the Allerdale WELL project (Western Excellence in Learning and Leadership) in order to provide a strategy directly relevant to our current needs and in line with a tiered approach which includes: Teaching and Development; Targeted Support and Wider Strategies.
